Email - Change Password in cPanel

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

NOTE: Once you change your email password, you'll need to update the password on your device or email program. Click here for guides on how to do that.


Step 1 - Log in to cPanel (click here for a guide) and click on Email Accounts


Step 2 - Click on Password and Authentication


Step 3 - Put in your new password in both fields and click Change Password
