How to update your email password using cPanel

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

WARNING: Once you change your email password you will need to log into each device that email account is set up on and change the password for the incoming and outgoing mail server. This needs to be done right away otherwise your email client may continuously attempt to log in with the wrong password which will result in your IP address being blocked on the firewall. If you get blocked on the firewall (you'll know because non of your emails will send/receive and your site won't come up for you if it's hosted on the same server) go to to find your IP address then submit a support ticket and let us know what the IP is so we can unblock it for you


Step 1 - Log into cPanel. Click here if you're unsure how to do this


Step 2 - Click on the Email Accounts icon



Step 3 - Click on the Password icon for the account who's password you want to change



Step 4 - Put in your new password in both fields and hit Change Password
