How to submit a support ticket

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

Step 1 - Log in to https://control.crucial.com.au/clientarea.php

 

Step 2 - Click on HELP & SUPPORT

Step 3 - Click on CREATE TICKET

Step 4 - Fill out all the fields, make sure it's as correct and you have as much information as possible so we can help you as fast as possible. Once you're done, click CREATE

 

NOTE:  Be sure to check the Relevant Articles section. Most tickets that get submitted are questions that have been asked before and the answer has been placed in detailed and easy to follow support articles.
