General Email Settings


Our default email settings are below (Make sure to replace "yourdomain.net.au" with your domain name)

Username: Your full email address.
Password: Use the email account’s password.

Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.net.au
Encryption method: SSL
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995


Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.net.au
Encryption method: SSL
SMTP Port: 465


Both incoming IMAP/POP and Outgoing SMTP require the full username and password. To find specific email configuration settings, take the following steps:

Step 1 - Log in to the domain's cPanel account and click Email Accounts.

Step 2 - Click Connect Devices.

Step 3 - Scroll down to the second half of the screen and you'll find the settings.

Note: On rare occasions, due to some network settings on your router/firewall or on an outdated mail client, the SSL settings above don't work. If you continue having problems, try the Non-SSL settings instead.
