How do I add shared networking to my VPS?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

To add an shared network interface to a VPS you will need to do this in the My Account area, to do this complete the following steps.

  1. Login to 'My Account'
  2. Once logged in, under 'My Services' select the server you wish to edit

  3. Click on the blue gear icon for 'Shared Network Addresses' under 'Configurable Options' on the right hand side

  4. Select the total number of IP addresses you want to have in the drop-down box and click the blue 'Proceed' button (If you want to remove an IP address select a lower number of IPs then you have currently)
  5. Select a Payment Method and then select 'Continue'

  6. You will now see an order confirmation screen
  7. You will then be issued an invoice for the upgrade, the upgrade will take effect once the invoice is paid (If you are removing an IP address this screen will not show)

You can verify this change by checking the IP Address.
