How do I renew my domain?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

You can renew your domain name in the My Account area, to do so complete the following steps.

  1. Login to 'My Account'
  2. Select the domain you wish to renew

  3. Click on 'Renew Now'

  4. Tick the domain/s you wish to renew in the box on the left and select 'Order Now'

  5. Fill out the required details and click on 'Complete Order'

  6. You will then be issued an invoice for the renewal, the renewal will take effect once the invoice is paid
