How do I change or reset my Crucial Control Panel password?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

To change your account password:

  1. Log into the Crucial Control Panel

  2. Click on My Details, either on the top navigation bar or home page.



  3. Below the My Details section, click the Change Password button.



  4. On the pop-up, enter your existing password, and the new password you wish to update it to.

     

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Crucial Control Panel

  2. Click the Forgot Password? button below the login form.



  3. Enter your email address registered with your Crucial account, and click Submit.

    A temporary password should now be sent to your email address.
