How do I add or update my credit card details?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

Adding or updating your credit card details is possible through the Crucial Control Panel.

Note: Only one credit card can be stored on your account at any time.

  1. Login to the Crucial Control Panel

  2. Select Billing from the top navigation bar or home page.



  3. Under the Credit Card section click Add Card or Edit Card. The option presented to you will differ depending on whether or not a card is already stored.



  4. Fill in the new card details into the form.

    Tip: There is no need to put spaces in the 'Card Number' field.



  5. Once finished, click Save Changes and your new credit card details should now be added

    your response to my 2 questions in inadequate, my first question, especially mentions an issue with the - two Fields related to Expiry Date - Month / Year.....
