How do I change my payment method?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

We support two methods of payment:

  • Credit Card
  • Paypal

Credit card is our preferred method of payment, as it's automatic and allows things such as domain renewals to happen easily (so you don't accidentally lose your domain!)

In order to change your payment method:

  1. Log into the Crucial Control Panel
  2. Select My Details from the top bar or home page.

  3. Under the My Details heading, click the Update Details button.

  4. Select your preferred payment method from the relevant drop-down menu, titled Payment Method.

  5. Once selected, click Submit Change to save the changes.

    These are very clear instructions, if as a customer I had been told - welcome to Crucial, this is who we are and this is where you'll find your account stuff, in the first place.

    Rather than, your service is going to be down on, here is your invoice and we are going to take your money automatically if we hold your credit card number.

    Need some better Communications guys!!
