How can I view my billing history?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

You can view a complete history of your billing details, such as invoices, within the Crucial Control Panel.

To view your billing history,

  1. Login to the Crucial Control Panel

  2. Click on Billing, on the top navigation bar or home page.

  3. Under the My Invoices heading, you can view the invoices. Use the pagination links to look through older invoices. Click on an invoice to see more details.
