How your Partner link works

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

Each Partner has their own referral link - A unique URL that is given to their referrals when signing up for a service which will then be added to the Partners account for commission. The steps that are undertaken when ordering a service using the affiliate link are below:

(Please note: Partners must not use their own Referral link to gain a referral for commission. If the policy has been breached then the Partner account will be removed and commissions will be removed from their account)

  1. Enter the Partner URL into your browser. The URL will redirect to the Crucial Cloud Hosting home page.
  2. Choose a service you wish to purchase.
    (Please keep in mind that ONLY hosting services are applicable to the Partner Program, commissions are not paid if a domain name or SSL certificate is purchased from the referral)
  3. Add the service to your shopping cart then check out.
  4. After the checkout process the service will be added to the Partner’s account.
