How do I update my account's contact details?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

Keeping your account details up to date is very important to ensure:

  • You receive all our email reminder notifications (and all correspondence actually) e.g. domain renewals
  • We can easily identify you if you ever forget your username/account information
  • If any sub/additional contacts leave your company they no longer have access to your account

To update your account details:

  1. Log into the Crucial Control Panel

  2. Click on My Details

  3. Click Update Details under My Account

  4. Enter all the required details, checking your information is up to date

  5. Click Submit Change to save your new information.
