How do I pay an invoice?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

It's really easy to pay an invoice.

  1. Log into the Crucial Control Panel

  2. Select Billing from the top navigation bar or home page

  3. Click on the invoice to paid (as displayed in the image below). A new tab with the invoice will open with an option to pay.

  4. Click on the blue Pay Now button.

  5. On the subsequent screen, review your billing information, and input your payment details, or select "Use existing card" if you have one on file.

Note: Before you make the payment, please ensure that the correct payment method has been set (shown above) for how you would like to pay. i.e Credit Card or Paypal.
