We provide support via support tickets, and we communicate with you both through email and your Crucial account.
Tickets can be submitted for:
- Technical Enquiries
- Billing Enquiries
- Sales Enquiries
To create a ticket, it's a simply matter of logging into your billing account at:
When logged in, simply click on the Help & Support item on the top menu.
Then simply click on the Create Ticket button.
Then it's a simple matter of completing the form.
Once you have submitted your request, a customer service representative will endeavour to get in contact with you as soon as possible.
The Help & Support screen also shows your existing tickets. You can click on these to view and respond to them.
