How do I make changes to my Managed VPS?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

The Managed VPS is a Fully Managed service with premier support.

If you require any actions to be taken on your Managed VPS such as:

  • Upgrades
  • Rebuilds
  • Power downs
  • Power ups
  • Reboots

Then you will need to contact support directly.
