How do I opt-out of Marketing emails?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

From time to time, we might send you great offers or exclusive invites to events as a valued customer of Crucial.

We understand this isn't everyone's thing, so you can always opt-out of these communications via the Crucial Control (My Account) area easily.

  1. From the Crucial homepage, click on the My Account area up the top right or alternatively go to directly and login.

  2. Once logged in click on My Details

  3. Click the Update Details button.

  4. Scroll down and make sure the Marketing Email Opt Out checkbox is clicked, then click Submit Change

  5. You should be greeted with a Changes Saved Successfully! and you're all done.
