Why can't I receive emails from Crucial?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

Some mail clients may incorrectly identify emails as spam, and automatically filter them out of your inbox. If you are having trouble receiving emails from Crucial please try the following. If you have tried all the steps below and are still experiencing difficulty, please report this to our Support team for further investigation.
