Why can't I receive emails from Crucial?

Some mail clients may incorrectly identify emails as spam, and automatically filter them out of your inbox. If you are having trouble receiving emails from Crucial please try the following. If you have tried all the steps below and are still experiencing difficulty, please report this to our Support team for further investigation.

  1. Check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' mail folder
    This can usually be accessed from a menu bar when viewing your inbox.

  2. Whitelist Crucial's email address
    We have provided instructions on how to do this with the most popular mail clients below:

Gmail


  1. Click 'More' from the far left menu
  2. Click 'Spam'
  3. Tick the box beside an email from Crucial
  4. Click 'Not Spam' on the top menu bar
  5. Confirmation should appear that this has been moved to your inbox and marked as safe

Outlook 2010

  1. Click the 'Home' tab
  2. Click 'Junk'
  3. Click 'Junk E-mail Options'
  4. Click 'Safe Senders'
  5. Click 'Add'
  6. Enter 'noreply@crucial.com.au'
  7. Click 'OK' to finish

Mac Mail


  1. Click 'Address Book
  2. Click 'File'
  3. Click 'New Card'
  4. Enter 'noreply@crucial.com.au'
  5. Click 'Edit' to finish
