How to access Email Support

To submit a ticket you will need to submit a request using our request form, which allows you to have your request go directly to the appropriate people. To access your ticket history you will need to generate a password. This password will be different to the passwords used for cPanel and The Crucial Account.

To do this complete the following steps.

  1. Open a Help Centre page (You are reading this on one now)
  2. Click on the Orange 'Sign In' Button in the top Right
  3. Select either the 'Sign Up' or 'Get a Password' link at the bottom of the pop up, depending on if you have emailed us before
  4. Click on the black 'Sign Up' or 'Submit' button

Please note that you do not need to do this to submit a request.
