How to automatically setup email in Outlook

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

If you are on our Web Hosting or Reseller services, you will be able to make use of the automatic email setup in Outlook. 

To set up your email in this way, complete the following.

  1. Open your Outlook
  2. Select  and then select 
  3. This will then prompt you for your Name, Email address and password



  4. Once you have entered this information, you can select Next
  5. It will now attempt to automatically configure your email settings based on what you entered in the previous menu.
    Note - you may receive the following warning, in this instance it is safe to select Next and continue the setup

            

  6. Once you see the following message, it means your setup has successfully completed

                 

  7. Now you have the option to either add a new account, change the account settings or Finish the setup

    If the automatic configuration fails, you can always set up your email account manually as per this guide.
