Why are emails I send not being received?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

On our Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting products, we are using a spam filtering service called MailChannels to filter out any spam that is sent from these shared servers. The filtering of spam on our Shared and Reseller servers ensures we are complying with the SPAM Act 2003(Cth).

Depending on the volume of email that is queued for filtering at any given time it can take up to an hour for an email to be fully processed and delivered.

If you are seeing bounce-back messages which contain the error below then your email has been determined as being spam by the filtering and has not been sent.

550 5.7.1 [CS] Message blocked

If your email has been filtered in error, or if it takes longer then an hour for your email to be receive, please contact support so that we can rectify this.
