How do I download a copy of my chat?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

To download a copy of your live chat conversation with our Live Chat on our website please do the following.

 

  1. Click on Options down the bottom left-hand corner of the chat window

  2. Then select Email Transcript

 

                          

   3. Then put your email in the field, this will then send the chat log to
       your email address.
