How do I upload a company logo to my Google Apps account?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

Adding your company logo to your Google Apps for Work service is a simple and effective way to help make things feel a little more homely, and it also helps your users to better differentiate between your company accounts and general Gmail services.

To add a logo, you'll need to prepare a logo in either GIF or PNG formats. We recommend image dimensions of 143x59px.

To begin, login to your Crucial account, and go to My Services.

Then, find and click on your Google Apps service.

Next, simply scroll down and locate the Customisations section. This is where you can upload your logo. Simply click Upload Image, and in the window that pops up, navigate to the image file you prepared earlier and select it. 

The image will then upload. This may take a few moments.

When complete, the image will be visible inside the Customisations box, and will be displayed to your users when logged into Google Apps.
