How do I administer my Google Apps account?

To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 24th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

With Crucial, you are able to administer and maintain your Google Apps service from within the Crucial Control Panel directly, just like you would your other services, such as Virtual Private Servers, Web Hosting, Domains, and billing tasks.

Simply login to the Crucial Control Panel, and access My Services.

Under My Services, click on your Google Apps service.

On the next screen, also known as the Google Apps Dashboard, you can perform several common tasks, including:

  • Purchasing additional licences
  • Add new, or edit existing users
  • Set up email aliases
  • Reset user passwords
  • Change your company logo

For these, plus more advanced tasks, you can also access the Google Apps Admin Console. Click on the relevant button, and you will be taken to the Admin Console. Here, you can enable/disable particular apps, create groups, and much more.
