To make it easier to get in touch with us, from the 29th of March 2016 all support tickets will need to be submitted from your Crucial Control Panel.

What will happen to my existing support requests?

Your support requests are still active, and you can reply to them by simply replying to the email you received when submitting your request. It will then open up in our new system through the Crucial Control Panel.

In future to submit requests you will need to first login to Crucial Control and then click on "Help and Support".
